At Heatsip, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• To start a return, contact us at [info@heatsip.store] with your order number and reason for the return.
• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Exchanges:

• We currently only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

3. Click refund
4. Then type your order number and your name
5. Reason why you want to return it
